Download the review form on your PC and open it

In the first drop-down list, indicate whether you are reviewing a bachelor thesis or a diploma thesis

Enter the name of student who wrote the thesis

In the following two drop-down lists, choose the field and the form of study as indicated in the assignment protocol

Enter the title of the thesis

Fill in your personal data (name, surname, titles) + your workplace (opponents only)

For each of the 7 questions, select a grade and write a comment. Each comment under each question is mandatory and if it is not filled in, your review will be returned back to you for correction and completion.

You are required to fill in two additional questions

Fill in the date

In the overall evaluation section, select the overall grade for the thesis and indicate whether you recommend it for defence

Log in to IS/STAG → go to My Teaching → Thesis Evaluation. Click on the thesis you are reviewing → Zvolit Soubor → Attach File

Under Your Evaluation of the Thesis, enter the grade and click on Save
Upload the review in IS/STAG by 24 May 2024 at the latest.
If you want to save the document in progress, the comments you have entered need to be at least 100 characters long, otherwise they will not be saved.
The advantage of this new review form is that you can download the file on your computer, work on it, and save it as a work in progress. You can then return to it whenever you want, without having to fill it in all over again. However, it is important that all items MUST be filled in, including the comments, before the review is uploaded in IS/STAG.
